What this site does

This site runs no analytics and uses no tracking pixels or third-party scripts. There is no contact form and no mailing list. It sets no cookies of its own; a security cookie may be set by our infrastructure provider to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic, which is strictly necessary to deliver the page and is not used to profile you. Nothing you do on this page is recorded by us beyond the technical server logs described below.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Railway (Railway Corp., USA, with EU-region deployment). Serving a page necessarily processes your IP address and request metadata in short-lived technical logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site. These logs are not used to identify visitors and are not combined with any other data.

If you write to us

Email you send to [email protected] is processed to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and kept for as long as the correspondence is live, then deleted.

If we wrote to you first — Art. 14 GDPR

We contact contract manufacturers and ingredient suppliers about the feasibility of the product described on this site. If you received such an email from us, this section is the notice required by Art. 14 GDPR.

• Where we got your address. From the contact page your company publishes for business enquiries, or from your company’s exhibitor entry in the CPHI Milan 2026 directory. We do not guess address patterns and we do not buy contact lists.
• What we hold. Company name, a role mailbox (for example info@ or sales@), website, country, and our own notes on whether your capabilities match the specification.
• Why. To ask a business-to-business question about manufacturing feasibility. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in finding a manufacturing partner, and yours in receiving relevant enquiries.
• How long. Until the enquiry is closed, and at most 12 months after our last contact with you.
• No tracking. Our emails contain no open tracking, no click tracking and no tracking pixels.
• Recipients. Our email is hosted with Google Workspace. No contact data is passed to anyone else.

One reply saying you do not want to be contacted ends it permanently, with no follow-up question.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). One email to [email protected] is enough. You may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country.
